Firstly - I have received your deposit, Thank Secondly - Your partner phoned me and he mentioned that you must still give notice where you are currently renting, and that you will take occupation 17th June. I don't mind the day on which you decide you want to move in, as long as you pay your full rent for June (R5100). As you recall I said on the day of the viewing the unit is available immediately, but if you pay your deposit to secure the place you can move in 1 June, as we work on a calendar month. This is also stated very clear in the lease. So rent is payable on the 25th of this month (payday), R5100 for June and every other month. Thirdly - If you are not in agreement with the above I shall refund your deposit in full. Regards Chantale'
